Adam Smith, founder of DVABoiz

Veteran owned and operated

“As a veteran myself, I've been there. After surgery I needed help at home but finding someone was a nightmare — most cleaners wouldn't take the job because of the paperwork and long delays in payment. So I built DVABoiz: a service that handles everything, so veterans get what they're entitled to without the headache.”

— Adam Smith, Founder

Meet the founder

Meet Adam Smith

Adam served 18 years in the Australian Army, spending 14 of those years in Special Forces. Starting as an infantryman with 2RAR with deployments to Timor Leste, he completed selection for the 2nd Commando Regiment in 2008, earned his Green Beret and went on to deploy multiple times to Afghanistan and Iraq with the Special Operations Task Group.

After leaving the military he transferred to Victoria Police, going straight to the Special Operations Group. He also continued serving with the 1st Commando Regiment as a reservist.

He built DVABoiz because he saw too many veterans leaving entitlements on the table — not because they didn't deserve them, but because nobody was making it simple enough to act on. So he made it simple.

What our clients say

Trusted by veterans across Australia

I recently qualified for DVA household services but was clueless about how the process actually worked. The DVABoiz team quickly sorted me out — professional, friendly and easy to deal with from the first message. They found a reliable cleaner and gardener and scheduled them for a time that suited me. Simple and stress-free from start to finish.
Nic J, QLD
I was already approved through DVA but my cleaner kept cancelling or just not showing up. It was more stress than it was worth. DVABoiz found me a reliable team within a few days and I haven't had a single issue since. They also sorted out my gardening entitlement, which I didn't even know I had.
Steve R, NSW
Honestly had no idea this entitlement even existed until a mate shared this with me. From the first message they took care of everything — the DVA paperwork, finding a cleaner in my area, the scheduling, all of it. Good to finally have someone who gets it and just gets it done.
Dave M, VIC
I'd been entitled to DVA household services for years but every time I tried to sort it out I hit a wall, so I kept putting it off. Within a week of reaching out, everything was sorted and the cleaner started the following Monday. Wish I'd done it years ago.
